摘要
通过高温熔融玻璃液的搅拌实验,制作玻璃样品,测定样品不同部位的密度,计算其标准差。探索了搅拌主要工艺参数对玻璃液均化质量的影响规律,提出了机械搅拌主要工艺参数的优化方案。
Glass sample was prepared by stirring glass melt. The density at various part of the sample was determined and standard deviation was calculated. Influencing homogenization pattern of glass melt by stirring parameters was found out and prioritization scheme of mechanical stirring parameters was proposed.
