胸椎疾患中使用脊柱术前节段定位装置15例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 胸椎手术中使用自制脊柱术前节段定位装置(percutaneous spinal position device before operation,PSPD),观察其临床应用效果。方法 自2013-01~2014-06使用该装置治疗胸椎疾患共15例,同时期不使用该装置进行手术32例,从手术时间、平均暴露每椎节的皮肤切口长度、平均术中应用动态X光机的次数、术中出现的定位错误等方面进行统计分析。结果 使用该装置组15例患者未出现定位错误等情况,在手术时间、减小切口长度、接受射线剂量等方面均优于对照组(P〈0.05)。该系统操作简单实用。结论 在胸椎疾患中使用PSPD系统能够准确定位,临床应用效果良好。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-designed percutaneous spinal position device (PSPD) before operation for thoracic disorder patients. Methods From January 2013 to June 2014,15 cases of thoracic disorder treated with PSPD, and 32 cases of thoracic disorder treated with the dynamic X-ray machine were enrolled in this study. The average operation time, the length of surgical incision for exposing every vertebral section, the frequency of dynamic X-ray machine, the times of error position for specific vertebral section were observed. Results The device was simple to use. No any error for spinal position were found in operation using PSPD,and the operating time and the length of surgical incision were shortened, and the X-ray exposure times were decreased. Conclusion The device can provide sufficient accuracy for specific vertebral section in thoracic operation and has better clinical effec- tiveness.
