Basic medicine is the cornerstone of the entire medical development. In the development of basic medical science,the histological technology is a key technique for basic medical research. By analysing the characteristics of histological techniques,several ways are put forward to improve the histological techniques for graduate students,which lays a good foundation for improving the ability of the graduate students from basic medical sciences.
