摘要
2010年11月第79届国际刑警组织全体大会正式通过决议,决定在新加坡组建国际刑警组织环球创新中心。面对21世纪日趋复杂的犯罪态势,国际刑警组织作为世界上最大的警察合作组织,其在战略制定上亦顺应各类犯罪的发展形势而做出相应的变革。环球创新中心的组建,无论在其选址、机构设置及功能定位上,都凸显了国际刑警组织的相关战略调整,如警务服务的地域扩展、对警务技术的持续创新、注重警务协助的时效性等。
In November 2010,the 79 th Session of the International Criminal Police Organization General Assembly passed a resolution and decided to set up Interpol Global Complex for Innovation in Singapore. Facing the increasingly complex crime situation in 21 st century,as the world＇s largest police cooperation organization,INTERPOL complies with the developing tendency of kinds of crime and makes appropriate changes in strategy. The founding of INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation,both in its location,structure and functions,highlights the strategic adjustment of INTERPOL,such as the regional expansion of police service,continuous innovation of policing techniques,attention to the timeliness of policing assistance and so on.
