江淮地区花马杂交茸鹿的适应性评价

摘要 为了提高东北茸鹿在江淮地区的生产性能,通过利用东北梅花鹿与新疆马鹿的种间杂交,培育适应江淮地区的花马杂交茸鹿。通过天山马鹿种公鹿与花马杂交茸鹿母鹿与进行混群饲养,对花马杂交群体进行了生产和适应性能的测定,比较分析了花马杂交茸鹿的适应性。结果表明,花马杂交鹿具有明显的杂种优势,生命力较强,适应性好,受胎率为90%以上,双胎率2%左右;仔鹿存活率达95%;其茸质好,产茸量高。 In order to improve the production performance of deer in Jiang-Huai area,the interspecific crossing of sika deer and red deer was used to breed the hybrid deer adaptative to Jiang-Huai area.Through breeding male Tianshan red deer(cervus elaphus)and female hybrid deer together in Weiwei Deer farm at Hanjiang District of Yangzhou city,and the hybridization effects were measured and recorded,and the production performance data for statistical analysis.Hybridization of sika deer and red deer displayed significant heterosis with good vigor and adaptability;the pregrant rate was 90% with 2%twin rate;the quality of deer antlers were good and the mean weight of antlers was higher than that of sika deer.
