医用三氧膝关节腔内注射治疗半月板损伤的疗效

摘要 目的探讨膝关节腔内注射医用三氧治疗半月板损伤的疗效。方法半月板损伤患者64例.以随机法分为三氧组和理疗组,每组32例。三氧组采用膝关节腔内医用三氧注射治疗;理疗组采用中西结合物理治疗,两组均配合股四头肌功能训练。于治疗后1个月时行AKS评分及临床疗效评定。结果治疗后三氧组患者AKS各分项及总评分均高于理疗组,优良率三氧组94%(30/32例)高于理疗组56%(18/32例),差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论膝关节腔内医用三氧注射治疗半月板损伤疗效良好。 Objective To observe the efficacy of medical ozone intra-articular injection in the treatment of patients with knee joint meniscus injury. Methods Sixty-four patients with knee joint meniscus injury were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group. Patients in ozone group were received intraarticular injection of ozone, while physiotherapy group were received combination of traditional Chinese and Western physical therapy. All of the patients were combined with functional training of quadratus femoris muscle. AKS and clinical effects were evaluated at 1 month after the treatment. Results The total score of AKS and its each item were significantly higher in ozone group than those in physiotherapy group (P 〈 0.05). The excellent and good rate in ozone group (94%, 30/32 cases) was significantly higher than that in physiotherapy group (56%, 18/32 cases) (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Medical ozone intra-articular injection is effective in the treatment of knee joint meniscus injury.
