腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉下剖宫产术后可逆性后部白质脑病综合征（RPLS）两例报道

Reversible posterior leukoeneephalopathy syndrome after cesarean section under combined spinal epidural anesthesia ： report of 2 cases

本文报道2例和妊娠相关的初始症状头痛，在麻醉手术后发作或加重，最终确诊为可逆性后部脑病综合征（RPLS）的诊疗过程，应注意与腰麻后头痛及妊娠高血压综合征重度子痫相鉴别。

Cephalalgia in two patients, which were related to pregnancy, attacked or aggravated after anesthesia and operation, finally were diagnosed reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome （RPLS）. It should be paid attention to distinguish it from cephalalgia after spinal anesthesia and severe preeclampsia of hypertension syndrome induced by pregnancy.
