摘要
四列大型迷宫压缩机中机组结构上存在着不平衡旋转惯性力矩,在运转时产生的振动过大。文章通过对旋转惯性力矩的分析和计算,在曲轴结构上增加适当平衡块,从而平衡掉机组上的旋转惯性力矩。
The unit structure of four columns large labyrinth compressor exists unbalanced rotation inertia moment and excessive vibration during operation. In this article, through analysis and calculation for the rotating inertia moment, proper counterweight is added on the crankshaft structure so as to balance out the unit on the rotation inertia moment.
