注空气提高采油率装置设计难点及应对措施

摘要 近年来,注气提高采油率技术在中国发展较快,应用注空气开采轻质油藏,是注气提高采收率技术的新领域。由于油田注气现场条件恶劣、注气压力高、空气中富含氧气等特殊性,给注空气提高采油率装置的设计及实施造成诸多困难。 In recent years, oil recovery rate improvement by gas injection technology has gained rapid development in our country. The application of air injection to exploit light oil reservoir is a new field of oil recovery technology. Because of site conditions of gas injection oil field, high pressure of gas injection, rich oxygen in the air and other particularities cause many difficulties for the design and implementation of oil recovery rate by air injection device.
