摘要
某航空发动机在试车台试验时,多次出现了泵和计量装置导叶瞬间跟随误差大,此种现象仅在地面慢车状态加速至空中慢车状态过程中出现。通过分解泵和计量装置、原理分析、验证故障最终确定故障原因并制定了改进措施。经过试车台验证证明措施有效。
When a certain type engine tests in the test-bed, the guide vane′ s instantaneous following error for the engine′s pump and metering device often fills out. This phenomenon only in the process of the ground idling rating accelerate to the air idling rating has happened. By decomposing the pump and metering device, analysising the principle, verificating the fault, confirms the failure cause and developes improvement measures. The measures are effective when tried in the test-bed.
