摘要 通过利用流体仿真软件flowmaster对JX493柴油机润滑系统进行了一维建模,依据所建模型并利用节点压力网络算法对该润滑系统各处的压力、流量进行了仿真计算。根据计算结果对所建模型进行验证,将主油道压力的仿真值与机油泵性能试验中获得的主油道压力的试验值进行比较,两者结果基本吻合,说明所建模型准确。在发动机转速范围之内(1 000-3 600 r/min)选取6个不同的工况对润滑系统进行计算,通过计算分析发动机在不同转速下该系统的流压变化特性,并针对在高转速时机油泵供油量过大而造成驱动功损失的这一情况,对润滑系统进行改进采用叶片式变排量机油泵代替原有的定排量机油泵重新进行仿真模拟计算。根据计算结果比较两者机油泵在相同工况下的驱动功率,当发动机转速为3 600 r/min时,变排量机油泵的驱动功率相比定排量机油泵降低了33.7%,说明通过改进后柴油机在高速工况下的机油消耗量减少。 One dimensional modeling was carried out by using of fluid simulation software flowmaster to JX493 diesel engine lubrication system,and simulation calculation was developed by using the node pressure network algorithm for the pressure and flow rate in all parts of the lubrication system. For verifying the model and comparing the simulation pressure of the main oil road and pressure from the oil pump performance test of experimental comparison,the two results were basically consistent,showed that the model was accurate. In the range of engine speed(1 000- 3 600 r/min) selected 6 different conditions to calculate for the lubrication system and analyses the system under different engine speed of the change characteristics of flow and pressure in the system,during the high speed of the engine. The oil supply of oil pump was too large lead to drive power loss. To improve the lubrication system the use of variable displacement vane type oil pump instead of the fixed displacement oil pump simulation calculation. According to the calculation result to compare the driving power under the same conditions when the engine speed 3 600 r / min,variable displacement oil pump driving power was lower by 33. 7%,by the improved the lubrication diesel engine reduce the oil consumption under high-speed condition.
