摘要
以陆风某SUV车型为对象,在设计开发阶段,建立了整车碰撞有限元模型,按照GB 11551—2003的要求进行了整车50 km/h 100%正面碰撞仿真,对整车左右B柱下减速度曲线、前部变形、前纵梁变形以及前地板变形进行了分析,并将仿真结果与实车碰撞试验测试结果进行对比,两者吻合度较好,验证了该整车碰撞有限元模型的有效性。
Aimed at a kind of a SUV of LANDWIND,the crash finite element model of the whole vehicle was established in the design stage. According to the regulations of GB 11551—2003,the CAE simulation was carried out for the 50 km / h 100% frontal crash. The simulation acceleration curves of left and right pillar B,the front deformation,the deformation of front side rail,the deformation of front floor were analyzed. The comparison between the simulation and the crashing test confirmed the effectiveness of the finite element modal.
