The Implement of a New Pearl Painting Method in Railway Vehicle

城市轨道客车作为城市标志,在内在质量过硬的基础上,对外观装饰性也有更高的要求,越来越多的城市轨道客车选用了金属质感和珠光效果良好的珍珠漆。以往珍珠漆喷涂方法需要大量的人力物力和热能消耗,喷涂后表面质量不高。在对比以往珍珠漆喷涂方法的基础上,探讨了一种高效低成本的珍珠漆涂装新方法,经过实践,证明这种珍珠漆涂装新工艺能大大降低涂装成本,缩短涂装周期,提高珍珠漆涂装的外观质量。

As the symbol of the city, the guise of railway vehicle has been placed higher demands besides the superior inherent quality. Therefore, increasing numbers of railway vehicles chose the pearl paint which shows the metal feel and good pearly luster effect. In the past, the method of the pearl painting needed a lot of manpower and resource, and showed inferior quality. Comparing the former method of the pearl painting, this article presents a new pearl painting method which has high quality and low cost. After practice, this method was proved that it can reduce the painting cost, shorten the painting time and improve the pearl painting quality of facade.
