Corrosion reason and repair measures of axes inner sternward mechanical hermetic device of a ship

文章介绍了某船艉轴机械密封装置内部轴面出现严重腐蚀的情况,在对机械密封装置结构、腐蚀部位环境、原防护措施情况及腐蚀产物等方面进行综合分析的基础上,研究了腐蚀因素及腐蚀原因。并针对腐蚀环境因素及电偶腐蚀因素,提出涂覆专用防护胶就地硫化成膜的保护方法,并根据艉轴表面的状况和无法抽出艉轴修理的情况,提出了原位修理技术措施。

The status is introduced that severe axes corrosion occurs inner sternward mechanical hermetic device of a ship. The corrosion factors and reasons are researched on the base of analysis to structue of mechanical hermetic device,circumstance of corrosion posistion,primary protective measure and resultant of corrosion. The protective ways are put forward that the specific glue is gelatinized to form protective coating by sulfurating in situation. According to circumstance factors of corrosion and electric coincidence corrosion,the repair measures are put out in situation on the status of sternward axes surface for the circumference that sternward axes can＇ t be taken out for repair.
