摘要
为了降低舰艇变流机组传递至基础的振动,机脚位置加装了悬臂梁动力吸振器。分析了变流机组的振动特性,研究了悬臂梁动力吸振器的基本原理,并对其减振效果进行了仿真验证;在此基础上,为了确保悬臂梁动力吸振器的减振效果,提出了悬臂梁动力吸振器的调试方法以及使用、维修基本要求。
To reduce the vibration transferred from convertor on the vessel to the base,the cantilever beamtype dynamic vibration absorber was used. The vibration characteristics of the convertor was analyzed,the basic theory of the cantilever beam-type dynamic vibration absorber was studied,and the effect of the vibration reduction was verified by the simulation. Furthermore,the method of the debugging,the use and maintenances for the cantilever beam-type dynamic vibration absorber were proposed.
