摘要 船舶设计阶段应用并行工程是对设计过程进行优化和重组,进而实现时间上各个设计阶段有序地并行开展工作,空间上相关部门和专业协同参与设计。本文通过研究基于并行工程的船舶设计流程,明确了船舶设计各阶段的主要设计任务,分析了主要设计任务之间的关系,构建了船舶典型并行设计流程,为其他船舶设计项目并行设计工作的开展提供了参考依据。 The ship design process is optimized and reorganized by applying concurrent engineering in the ship design phase. And then each of the design phases working in parallel and collaborative design between different departments and professions are realized in space and time. Base on concurrent engineering of ship design process, the main tasks in each stage of ship design and relationships between each design task are analyzed. In addition, a typical ship concurrent design process is built to provide referential basis for the concurrent design in other ship design projects.
