摘要 产品(零件)的标识是制造执行系统的基础。在船厂钢板零件上标识的工艺方法主要有人工标识、气动冲打标识、等离子电弧标识、激光标识和喷墨标识等。其中,气动冲打和等离子电弧标识的优势在于对环境适应性好,设备维护方便。激光和喷墨标识的优势是速度快,但环境的要求较高,维护不易,成本高。标识系统通常由标识装置、升降转向机构和控制接口等构成。其在船厂中的应用可有钢板(零件)专用标识机与钢板(零件)标识模块两种形式。前者具有工作效率高,环境影响小,标识速度快等优点。后者则可减少设备的投入费用,拓展原有数控火焰/等离子切割机的应用范围。标识系统可提高标识的正确性、规范性,减轻工人的工作负担,并可进一步为理料、配送等信息化管理打下基础,具有较大的实用价值。 The identification of products are the basis of the manufacturing execution sys- tem. The identification methods on steel parts mainly contain human identification, pneumatic identification, plasma are identification, laser identification, inkiet identification and so on. The advantages of pneumatic identification and plasma arc identification are environmental a- daptability and easy maintenance. The advantage of laser identification and inkier identification is quick speed, nevertheless, they have high demands for applying environment and mainte- nance, and cost more. Identification system usually consists of identify equipment, lift steering mechanism, con- trol interface and so on. There are two application forms in the shipyards, which include steel plate specialized identifier and steel plate specialized module. The identifier has the advantages of high efficiency, fast indentify speed and low effect of environment. The module can reduce the cost of equipments and expend the applied range of original numerical controlled flame cutting machine and plasma cutting machine. The system can improve the validity and normalization of identifications, reduce the burden of workers. Furthermore, it also can lay a foundation for information management of disposition and delivery. It has a good practical value.
