摘要
苏州中心"未来之翼"屋面钢结构南北向展开长度约630m,整个屋面呈异形曲面,且不设置伸缩缝。屋面采用并不自然共面的四边形钢网格,外覆玻璃幕墙。结构存在超长并跨越多个支撑单体、异形曲面精度要求高等设计难点。介绍了"未来之翼"屋面钢结构设计中的多工况作用分析、抗放结合的支座与节点设计、稳态分析、抗连续倒塌分析、特殊的涂装与排水方案等。最后,介绍了施工方案的实施要点。
The Wing of Future steel roof structure of Suzhou Center has the length of approximately 630 m from north to south. The entire roof features special-shaped curved surface without expansion joints. The roof adopts not naturally coplanar quadrilateral steel mesh with the outer covered glass curtain wall. There are some difficulties to design including super-long structural form with spanning multiple supporting buildings and the high accuracy requirement of special-shaped curved surface. The multiple loading case analyses,supporting and joint design considering resistance combined with release,steady state analysis,progressive collapse analysis,special coating and drainage schemes for Wing of Future steel roof were introduced. Finally,the implementation of the construction scheme was introduced.
