摘要
文章通过阐释用户体验和高校网络教育支持服务的概念,以用户为中心分析高校网络教育支持服务要根据支持服务主体的社会化、支持服务环境的复杂化、支持服务内容的多元化、支持服务平台的网络化、支持服务程序链条化的特征充分考虑用户的需求、喜好、体验,从而提出优化高校网络教育支持服务要以用户为导向、突出学生(用户)的主体地位、优化教学资源、重视网络教育环境、树立教师服务理念、构建人性化学习平台等措施。
Considered request,interesting and experience of user,this paper mainly analyzes concepts of user experience and college web-based education support service,and proposes college web-based education support service should base on student-centered to put student status as the main body,optimize teaching resources,put a high value on web-based education environment,establish service concept of teacher and set up characteristic learning platform.
