基因技术风险成因分析

An Elementary Discussion on Factors of Gene Technology Risk

基因技术自问世以来就引发了广泛的争议。文章认为人们不仅应关注基因技术当下带来的益处与弊端,也应关注基因技术带来的风险。文章简要地从主体认知的局限性、科研人员道德失范、经济、国家利益至上、风险的社会放大效应这几个方面分析了基因技术的风险成因。

Since the gene technology came into being,it has been a divisive issue. The paper holds that people should not only focus on the advantages and disadvantages which the gene technology brings right now,but also should have a long-term sight,care about gene technology risk. In this paper, factors of gene technology risk from the aspects of limited cognition,researchers＇ ethics anomie,economy,national interests at first,risk social amplification effect are analyzed briefly.
