大冶铁矿矿柱回采方式的研究 被引量:7

Research on Pillar Recovery Method in Daye Iron Mine

摘要 矿柱回收对资源节约、采空区处理具有重要的经济和安全意义,合理确定矿柱回采方式是矿柱回收必须解决的关键问题。针对大冶铁矿矿柱分布情况,通过简化并建立矿柱分布模型,采用有限元软件对上向式分层回采、下向式分层回采、全断面一次性回采3种矿柱回采方式进行数值模拟,分析了其回采过程中的应力大小和分布情况,结果表明上向式分层回采更有利于回采安全。 Pillar recovery is of great economy and security for resource saving and goal treatment. The reasonable pillar re- covery method is a key issue to be solved. In view of pillar distribution in Daye Iron Mine and through simplification and establishment of the models, three pillar recovery methods, including upward slice mining, downward slice mining and whole section once mining, were simulated by the finite ele- ment software. And the magnitude and distribution of stres- ses during stoping were analyzed. The results showed that the upward slice mining was more beneficial for mining safety.
