摘要
为了适应溜井变直径的特点,根据CCD光学特性研制一套变直径井壁全断面图像采集系统。根据溜井全景扫描探头中摄像机的特性及其布置方式,确定溜井全景扫描装置在变直径下各台摄像机的图像有效采集范围,并进一步确定图像中的有效像素点范围。根据各个方位图像的有效像素点范围与溜井直径的关系,建立有效像素点与溜井直径的关系模型用于变直径下的图像裁剪,裁剪后的图像按顺序拼接得到变直径下的溜井井壁全景图像。现场试验结果表明,采用该方法可以得到不同直径的清晰溜井井壁全断面图像,为变直径溜井的检修和修复工作提供了直观依据。
In order to meet the characteristics of variable di- ameters orepass, a whole section image acquisition system was developed based on CCD acquisition. According to the characteristics and the layout of the camera in the orepass panoramic scanner, the effective detection range of each device was determined under orepass with variable diameters, and the effective number pixels range was further deter- mined. Based on the relationship between the effective number pixels range of each direction image and the diameter of orepass, the relationship model between above two factors was established for image cropping under orepass with variable diameters. The whole section image of orepass with variable diameters was obtained through splicing the cropped image in sequence. The field test results showed that the tech- nique can get the whole section image, which can provide a intuitive basis for maintenance and repair of the orepass with variable diameters.
