新疆地区儿童皮肤病患者血清维生素含量的差异分析

Analysis of the differences of vitamin content of children with skin disease in Xinjiang

目的探讨新疆地区儿童皮肤病患者血清维生素水平的差异,及维生素与儿童皮肤病的关系。方法选取2014年1月-2015年1月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院儿科保健室进行健康体检的126例儿童作为健康对照组,选取同期皮肤科就诊患儿106例作为病例组,其中斑秃患儿24例,白癜风患儿32例,皮炎患儿50例,抽取空腹静脉血,检测血清维生素A、B1、B2、B6、B9、B12、C、D、E水平进行统计学分析。结果与健康对照组相比,白癜风组患儿维生素A、C水平显著升高(P<0.05),而维生素B12水平显著降低(P<0.05);斑秃组维生素B12水平显著降低(P<0.05);皮炎组维生素C显著升高(P<0.05)。同时VB12是儿童白癜风、斑秃和皮炎发病的独立保护因素(P<0.05),维生素C是白癜风和皮炎儿童患病的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论维生素A、B1、C和B12含量异常可能与儿童斑秃、白癜风和皮炎发病有关。

Objective To investigate the level of serum vitamin in children with skin disease in Xinjiang. Methods126 healthy children were selected as the subjects in the normal control group,and 106 children with skin disease were selected in the skin disease group,among whom 24 cases of children with alopecia areata,32 children with vitiligo,50 cases of children with dermatitis. The venous blood was drawn,and the content of vitamin A、B1,B2,B6,B9,B12,C,D and E in serum was determined. The data were analyzed with SPSS17. 0 statistical software. Results Compared with normal control group,the levels of vitamin A and C in patients with vitiligo significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）,while the level of vitamin B12 significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）. The level of vitamin B12 in patients with alopecia areata decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）; Vitamin C significantly increased in dermatitis group（ P〈0. 05）. VB12 is an independent protective factor of children with vitiligo,alopecia areata and dermatitis（ P〈0. 05）,while VC is an independent risk factor for children with vitiligo and dermatitis（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The abnormal content of vitamin A,B1,C and B12 may be correlated with the pathogenesis of vitiligo,alopecia areata and dermatitis in children.
