复方鱼腥草糖浆辅助治疗小儿急性支气管炎疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Compound Herba Houttuyniae Syrup Treatment of Infantile Acute Bronchitis

目的:观察复方鱼腥草糖浆辅助治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将小儿急性支气管炎患儿80例按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各40例,均采用抗感染、平喘、雾化吸入等综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服复方鱼腥草糖浆。结果:治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率77.5%,2组经统计学分析差异有统计意义。结论:复方鱼腥草糖浆是治疗小儿急性支气管炎的有效药物。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of compound herba houttuyniae syrup for the treatment of infantile acute bronchitis. Methods： 80 cases of children with acute bronchitis,were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group, adopt anti-infection, smooth wheezing, atomization inhalation comprehensive treatment, the treatment group on the basis of the given compound herba houttuyniae syrup. Results： Treatment group total effectiveness is97. 5%,control group total effective rate is 77. 5%. The two groups have statistically significant difference after statistics analysis. Conclusion： Compound herba houttuyniae syrup is effective drugs for the treatment of infantile acute bronchitis.
