摘要
我国能源结构特点决定了煤炭仍将是主体能源,煤炭清洁高效利用迫在眉睫。龙成低阶煤旋转床低温干馏技术将煤炭分级分质转化为油、气、电,可大幅减少二氧化碳、二氧化硫、粉尘等燃煤污染,技术领先,开辟出一条煤炭分级分质利用新途径。本文介绍了该技术的研发及应用情况,分析了该技术的工艺特点及推广优势,提出了示范推广该技术的政策建议。
The characteristics of China's energy structure determine that coal will still be the main energy resource, it is imminent to realize clean and efficient utilization of coal. Longcheng coal carbonization under low temperature technology can transform coal into oil, gas, and electricity, which can greatly reduce the emission of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, dust, thus find a new way for gradation and quality utilization of coal. The paper introduces the development and application of the technology, its technological features and promotion advantages, and puts forward some policy recommendations of the demonstration and promotion of the technology.
