摘要
通过两步脱水法合成松香咪唑啉乙脒盐,测试其缓蚀性能采用静态失重法和电化学极化法,考察15%HCl溶液中Ca Cl2、Mg Cl2、Na Cl等盐类浓度对该缓蚀剂缓蚀率的影响采用静态失重法,考察HCl溶液中Na Cl浓度对该缓蚀剂缓蚀率的影响采用电化学极化法。研究表明:松香咪唑啉乙脒盐是一种以阴极抑制为主的混合型缓蚀剂;在15%HCl溶液中,当其浓度超过0.6%时,缓蚀率和腐蚀速率趋于稳定;随着HCl溶液中盐类浓度的增大,腐蚀速率逐渐增大,对腐蚀速率增大的原因也进行了初步探讨。
Rosinyl imidazoline acetamidine salt was synthesized by two step encapsulation-dehydration, and its corrosion inhibition behavior was determined by static weight-loss method and electrochemical polarization method. In 15% HCl solutions containing three salts. i. e., CaCl2,MgCl2 and NaCl, the effect of salt concentration on the corrosion inhibition rate of the rosinyl imidazoline acetamidine salt was investigated by using static weightloss method. Meanwhile, the effect of the mass fraction of NaCl on the corrosion inhibition rate of the rosinyl imidazoline acetamidine salt was investigated by using electrochemical polarization method .It was showed that, the inhibitor mainly prohibited the anodic process of corrosion, the corrosion rate of steel N80 and the corrosion inhibition rate of the corrosion inhibitor were stable in 15% HCI solutions while concentration of the corrosion inhibitor reached 0.6%, with the increase of salt concentration in the HCI solutions,the corrosion inhibition rate gradually decreased, the decrease of corrosion rate was also discussed.
