摘要
针对风火打捆哈郑直流工程投运初期火电接入方案及电源建设存在的不确定性,基于送端电网多变的运行方式,详细分析了特高压直流投运不同阶段对送端新疆—西北电网的稳定特性带来的影响,给出了提升风电消纳能力的安全稳定控制策略及哈密换流站安控系统的配置方案,可用于指导电网的实际生产运行,解决西北新疆交流外送系统结构薄弱及交直流系统特性复杂等引起的电网安全稳定问题,实现大型能源基地送出系统的协调优化控制。
Based on the uncertainty of the thermal power scheme and the power supply construction as well as various operation modes of the sending end power system, this study concentrates on the new security and stability problems of the North West--Xinjiang 750 kV AC interconnected power system caused by the operation of wind-thermal power combining Hami--Zhengzhou _+ 800 kV HVDC transmission project (the Hazheng UHVDC project) . The security and stability control strategy for increasing the wind power consuming ability and the control system configuration for Hami transmission station are given. The results of this study can be applied to guide the practical operation of the power system, and solve the security and stability issues due to the weakness of the Xibei--Xinjiang AC system and the complexity of the AC/DC system characteristics. In this regard, the coordinated optimal control of the large energy base sending out system can be realized.
