签约管理模式对高血压患者依从性和血压控制影响分析

Analysis of the impact of the contract management model on the compliance and blood pressure control in the hypertension patients

目的 :评价签约管理高血压患者模式对高血压患者服药依从性和高血压控制的影响。方法 :在签约管理前3个月对辖区内500例高血压患者服药依从性和血压情况进行调查,于2012年9月开始签约管理,对其进行连续12个月的观察,比较签约前后高血压患者服药依从性和血压变化。结果 :高血压患者签约管理12个月后,服药依从性明显提高,从68.6%上升到87.2.%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且服药依从性好的高血压患者收缩压和舒张压都有明显的降低(P<0.05);而服药依从性差的高血压患者收缩压和舒张压降低不明显(P>0.05)。结论 :签约管理模式明显提升了高血压患者服药依从性,从而有效地控制了患者的血压。

Objective： To evaluate the impact of the contract management model on the compliance and blood pressure control in the hypertension patients. Methods： Within the jurisdiction, the compliance and blood pressure of 500 hypertension patients were investigated before the contract management three months ago. The contract management started in Sept. 2012 and was observed for 12 months successively. The changes of their compliance and blood pressure were compared before and after the contract management. Results： The medication compliance in the hypertension patients was improved obviously after the contract management for 12 months, which increased from 68.6% to 87.2% and the difference had the statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The systolic and diastolic blood pressures in the patients having good compliance reduced significantly（P〈0.05）. The systolic and diastolic blood pressures in the patients having poor compliance did not reduce obviously（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The contract management model significantly improves the medication compliance in the hypertension patients so as to effectively control the blood pressure.
