摘要
输血医学同其他临床医学学科联系得日益紧密,输血科越来越需要较高层次的输血医师。输血医师不但能从事临床会诊、临床治疗,而且要承担或参与临床用血管理和培训;但我国输血医师培训却远远滞后于临床对输血医师的需求。我们以提高临床胜任力为出发点,探讨输血医师培训的新模式——在输血医师培训起始,便以"临床胜任力"为目的作为输血医师整个培训教育体系的主导,围绕此制定培训目标、构建培训内容、设定培训考核项目——以求培养出适应临床需求的输血医师。
With more communication between transfusion medicine and other clinical medicine departments, there is a larger demand for more quantified transfusion medicine doctors in transfusion department, who will be engaged in clinic con- sultation, apheresis therapy, blood management and education. In this paper, the new training model was discussed with the purpose to enhance the clinical competence of transfusion medicine doctors. In the beginning of training, it is important to set "increasing the clinical competence" as the final objective, by which we structure the training content and a set list of goals, in order to increase the clinical competence of transfusion medicine doctors.
