全自动全血成分分离机制备洗涤红细胞效果观察

Observation of the preparation of washed red blood cells preparation using automated whole blood component separator

目的观察全自动全血成分分离机制备洗涤红细胞的效果是否符合国家质量要求。方法设置全自动全血成分分离机的运行参数,制备30袋洗涤红细胞,检测洗涤红细胞的容量、血红蛋白含量、上清蛋白质含量和溶血率。结果 30袋洗涤红细胞的检测指标均符合国标质量要求,容量(m L):248.367±3.685,血红蛋白含量(g):43.727±1.681,上清蛋白质含量(g):0.014±0.005,溶血率(%):0.037±0.008。结论全自动全血成分分离机制备的洗涤红细胞符合国家质量要求。

Objective To prepare washed red blood cells using automated whole blood component separator and to investigate whether the quality of washed red blood cells meets the national quality requirements. Methods The operating parameter for automated whole blood component separator was established. Thirty units of washed red blood cells were prepared. The volume of washed red blood cells, hemoglobin content, supernatant protein content and hemolysis rate were detected for each product. Results The volume was （248. 367 ±3. 685）mL. The hemoglobin content was （43. 727 ±1. 681 ） g. The supernatant protein content was （0.014 ±0. 005） g. The hemolysis rate was （0.037 ± 0.008） %. Conclusion The quality of washed red blood cells prepared using automated whole blood component separator meets the national quality requirements.
