摘要
从理论分析与模型试验研究两方面探讨利用吸振器消除工业厂房框架梁横向振动的可行性。将振动设备与支撑框架梁构成的动力系统简化为弹性支座支撑的受简谐动力作用并有连续分布参数的Euler-Bernoulli梁。安装吸振器后理论分析吸收框架梁横向振动的可行性;通过对模型进行试验研究验证理论分析的可行性。结果表明,利用吸振器消除框架梁横向振动完全可行。
The feasibility of absorbing the transverse vibration of a frame-beam induced by oscillating equipment by using a vibrational absorber was studied with both theoretic and experimental approaches.The dynamic system composed by a piece of oscillating equipment and its supporting frame-beam was modeled and simplified as an Euler-Bernoulli beam of distributed parameters supported elastically at its ends under the dynamic action of harmonic loading.And then a vibrational absorber was attached to the analytical model so as to theoretically analyze the feasibility of mitigating the transverse oscillation of the frame-beam induced by oscillating equipment.An experimental model was made to testify the correctness of the theoretic analysis.Both theoretic and experimental investigations show that it is feasible to diminish the transverse vibration of a frame-beam due to oscillating equipment attached on the beam by using a vibrational absorber.
