长沙市城区屋顶绿化节能降温调湿效能评价 被引量:3

摘要 为了评价屋顶绿化的节能降温调湿效应,以长沙市城区屋顶为调查对象,采用比较法分析了绿化屋顶、遮阳板屋顶及裸露屋顶的温湿度差异。结果表明,绿化屋顶冬天的保暖升温效果显著,外表面温度分别比遮阳板屋顶和裸露屋顶的高0.81和0.75℃,内表面温度分别比遮阳板屋顶和裸露屋顶的高0.97和2.66℃;夏季绿化屋顶的相对湿度随环境变化而变化,及时进行调整;室内温度比裸露屋顶的低1.3~1.8℃。这说明屋顶绿化能起到明显的隔热保温作用,使楼房顶层居室内冬暖夏凉,大大缓解气候冷热的波动,从而有效延长了楼房屋顶保护层的使用寿命。 In order to evaluate the energy-saving effect of roof greening, taken the roofs of Changsha as object, the paper analyzed the differences of temperature and humidity among the greening roofs, roofs covered with sun louver and bare roofs. The results showed that in winter the effects of warming and keeping warm of greening roof were remarkable, where the temperature of outside surface was higher0.81 and 0.75℃ than the roofs covered with sun louver and bare roofs respectively, while that of inside surface was 0.97 and 2.66℃respectively. However, the humidity of greening roof changed with the environment and the indoor temperature of greening roof was lower1.3--1.8℃ than that of bare roof in summer. Therefore, we can conclude that the greening roof plays a significant role in keeping warm and cooling. Through keeping the top room warm in winter and cool in summer, it can decrease the fluctuate of temperature, which finally spread the useful life of covering layer effectively.
