洞庭湖区新农村建设防雷安全工作的思考

Reflection of Lightning Protection Safety Work of New Rural Construction in Dongting Lake Area

以洞庭湖区汉寿县农村雷电灾害调查为例,分析了农村雷电灾害造成伤人损物、诱发火灾的危害,并结合目前农民防雷安全意识淡薄、农村防雷措施缺乏及农村建房疏于规范管理等雷电灾害防御工作中存在的突出问题,从抓宣传、严制度、重管理着手,提出了加强新农村建设防雷安全工作的相应对策建议。

With an investigation on current situation of rural lightning disaster of Hanshou County in Dongting Lake area as an example,this paper analyzes some causes of rural lightning disaster, physical damage and induced fire hazards as well as serious problems of current farmers＇ poor lightning protection safety consciousness, lack of lightning protection measures in rural areas and failure to standardize management of rural housing in the lightning disaster prevention and management work, and puts forward some related countermeasure suggestions from the view of popular science, strict rules and regulations, and focused-on management to further improve the lightning protection safety work in the new rural construction there.
