农民企业家成长与县域经济发展相互促进的结构性矛盾

Structural Contradiction between Peasant Enntrepreneurs' Growth and County Economic Development

现阶段制约我国农民企业家成长和县域经济发展相互促进的结构性矛盾包括要素结构、市场结构、产业结构、社会结构等方面的矛盾。其中要素结构方面的矛盾主要是县域要素零碎化分布与农民企业家发展对资源集中需求的矛盾;市场机构方面的矛盾主要是县域不完全竞争市场结构与农民企业家平等市场主体地位的矛盾;产业结构方面的矛盾主要是县域经济发展产业结构升级与农民企业家成长局限的矛盾;社会结构方面的矛盾主要是县域二元结构与农民企业家社会地位的矛盾。分析可知,必须完善制度,破解矛盾,促进农民企业家与县域经济互动发展。

Structural contradiction factors influenced the growth of peasant entrepreneurs and the development of county economy and their interaction relationship included contradictions of elements structure, market structure, industrial structure, and social structure. The contradiction of elements structure lied mainly between fragmentation distribution of county elements and concentration resources demand of peasant entrepreneurs; contradiction of market mechanism lied mainly between the imperfect competition market structure and the equal market player position of peasant entrepreneurs; contradiction of industrial structure lied mainly between upgrading of county industrial structure and the growth limitation of peasant entrepreneurs; while contradiction of the social structure lied mainly in the dual structure of the county and peasant entrepreneurs＇ social status. It indicated that measures must be taken to improve the system and resolve related structural contradictions so that promote benign interaction between the development of peasant entrepreneurs and county economy.
