山区城镇建设用地集约利用状况评价及其空间分异特性研究

Intensive Utilization Evaluation and Space Differentiation Characteristics of the Urban Construction Land in Mountainous Area

山区城镇建设用地是土地资源利用中尤其需要给予关注的重要类型,对其集约利用状况评价及空间分异特性分析认识,是科学管理土地的基础内容。选取具有山区城镇的个旧市各乡镇建设用地为研究对象,以Arc GIS为技术手段,采用多因素综合评价法,从利益强度指数、增长耗地指数和用地弹性指数3个方面构建指标体系,综合评价建设用地利用状况及其空间分异特征。结果表明,研究区各乡镇土地利用空间差异较大,其土地利用集约水平受区位发展、乡镇职能、乡镇支柱产业以及地形条件的影响较大,并与地区生产总值、固定资产投资总额的变化趋势大体一致。

Urban construction land in Mountains is an important type which needs give particular attention to land resources utilization.The Evaluation of its intensive use and the analysis of its spatial differentiation characteristics are the basic content of the scientific management of land. Selected the construction land of the villages and towns in Gejiu, taken the technological means of Arc GIS, the paper evaluate the construction of land use status and spatial variation characteristics based on the interests of intensity index, growth in consumption index and land elasticity index. The results showed that the township of land use spatial had significant differences in Gejiu,the level of land intensive use were limited by location development, township function, pillar industry and terrain conditions, which were probably consistent with the trend of regional gross domestic product and the fixed asset investment.
