外出农民工返乡创业现状及政策建议——以安徽省蚌埠市为例

Entrepreneurship Situation and Policy Suggestion of Rural Migrant Workers Returning Home with Bengbu as an Example

蚌埠市作为皖北重要的农民工输出地区,近年来也显现出了一定程度的农民工返乡现象,其中相当一部分农民工选择返乡创业,例如创办企业、进驻创业园,在一定程度上带动了该市经济发展并促进了当地充分就业。但总体而言蚌埠市仍旧在返乡创业培训、融资渠道、风险保护及基础设施等方面问题明显,因此进一步优化创业环境、完善创业培训体系及发展农村金融建设对促进该市返乡农民工创业十分必要。

Bengbu City is an important exporter of rural migrant workers in northern Anhui, and has been of a certain situation of more and more rural migrant workers to return to their hometown in recent years, many of them have chosen to return home to start a business,such as taking on an enterprise and entering innovation parks, which has driven economic development to a certain extent and has promoted full employment in the region. This paper analyzes some problems in related home business training, financing channels, venture capital protection and rural infrastructure in the city, and puts forward certain policy suggestions of further optimizing the entrepreneurial environment, perfecting entrepreneurship training system and developing rural financial construction for the promotion of the city＇s migrant worker entrepreneurship.
