通过失重法和表面观察法对硫酸酸洗缓蚀剂SH8110的缓蚀效果进行了研究,在相同实验条件下,实验结果表明,SH8110在不同的加药量下缓蚀效果不同,提高s H8110的加药量,缓蚀效果升高,在本实验中,SH8110在20%的硫酸溶液中,加药量在3‰时,缓蚀效果最好,缓蚀率高于99%。

This article by weight - loss method and the observation surface corrosion of sulphuric acid pickling corrosion inhibitor SH8110 effect are studied, under the same experimental conditions, the experimental results show that the SH8110 corrosion effect under different dosage, enhance SH8110 dosage, higher corrosion effect, in this experiment, SH8110 in 20% of the sulfuric acid solution, dosage in 3 ‰, the corrosion effect is best, the corrosion rate is higher than 99%.
