Summary on the Continuous Operation of 20kt/a Crude Phenol Refining

以褐煤气化废水经萃取回收粗酚为主要原料,经预处理单元、苯酚精制塔、邻甲酚精制塔、间对甲酚精制塔和二甲酚精制塔,完成粗酚精制的连续化生产过程。通过实际运行情况可以确认装置设备能满足120%负荷生产的要求,各精制塔达到设计参数,满足实际生产要求。

The Crude phenol that extracted from wastewatcr of lignite gasification as the main raw material. The production process includes： pretreatment unit, phenol refining tower, o- cresol refining tower, cresol refining tower and xylenol refining tower. It can confirmed that the device equipments ability satisfy 120% burden produce of request and the refining towers not only attained design parameter basically , but also satisfied actual produce request.
