五年制高职学生顶岗实习职业安全健康管理的现状与对策——以某高等职业学校建筑类专业为例

Five-Year Higher Vocational Management Situation and Countermeasures of Occupational Safety and Health:Taking a Professional in Higher Vocational School Building Major as an Example

文章通过对南京某五年制高职校建筑类专业学生顶岗实习期间职业安全健康的现状调查,分析学生在顶岗实习期间职业安全健康管理存在的主要问题,提出建筑类专业学生实习期间职业安全健康管理的改进措施,以期加强学生顶岗实习期间职业安全健康管理的规范性,提高实习生职业安全健康意识,维护自身的合法权益,促进用人单位的可持续发展,为社会的稳定和谐奠定基础。

Through investigating Nanjing building major of a five-year higher vocational schools＇ students, occupational safety and health during the field work present situation ,the article analyzes the students＇ main problems of occupational safety and health management in the field work, puts forward the improvement measures of occupational safety and health management,in order to strengthen students＇occupational safety and health management during the period of field work standardization,interns occupational safety and health awareness, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of their own, promote the sustainable development of unit of choose and employ persons,lay a foundation for social stability harmonious.
