摘要
在素质教育时代,后进生问题困扰着很多家庭、学校,甚至成为社会问题。文章着重探讨了转化这个特殊群体的有效途径,并尝试通过肢体语言、学生作业交流、学生周记交流、微笑、眼神和群体力量等无声的语言去教育后进生,并取得了很好的效果。
In the era of quality education,the problems about underachievers bother many families and schools. They even have become social problems. The paper expounds the effective ways for transforming the special groups.There are many methods, such as body language ,homework communication ,weekly journal ,smiling to each student ,eye contact and so on. And We have made good effect in educating these underachievers.
