高职学校学生管理工作探析

Exploration on Higher Vocational Colleges Students Management Work

高职学校肩负着为社会培养应用型人才的使命,在教育制度改革逐步推行的大背景下,我国高职学校发展速度惊人。但在高职学校发展的过程中,学生管理工作的一些问题逐渐显现,阻碍了高职学校的进一步发展。文章挖掘当前学生管理工作的难点,并提出高职学校学生管理工作的新思路。

Higher vocational colleges shoulder the glorious mission of conveying a large number of practical talents for the society, in the background of the gradual implementation of the education system reform, the development speed of higher vocational colleges in our country is quite amazing, but in the course of development of higher vocational colleges, some problems of student management gradually hindered the further development of higher vocational colleges. Therefore it is necessary for students management in vocational colleges content clearly, mining difficulties of current student management work, and put forward a new idea of the management work of higher vocational colleges students.
