中央银行金融稳定性沟通的国际比较与借鉴

International Comparison on the Financial Stability Communication of Central Bank

中央银行的金融稳定性沟通对维护一国金融体系的稳定具有重要作用。金融危机以来,各国央行日益增强了对金融稳定性的关注,有关金融稳定性沟通的实践也在不断深化。通过对各国央行近年来有关金融稳定性沟通的实践加以总结和评估,并针对中国人民银行有关金融稳定性沟通的现状,对提高我国中央银行的稳定性沟通的效率提出政策建议。

Central bank communication about Financial Stability plays a key role in maintaining the Stability of financial system, since the financial crisis of 2008, central banks of most economies are growing concerns about financial stability, promoting the relative practices unceasingly. In this paper, we summarized the recent practices and developments of central bank communication upon the financial stability and give suggestions to enhance the communication ability of People＇ s bank of China.
