摘要
目的:探讨情绪疗法在ICU护士职业倦怠中的疗效。方法:采用随机抽样法选取40名ICU护士均分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规方法护理干预,试验组实施情绪疗法干预,采用护士职业倦怠量表(NBS)对两组护士干预前后心理状况进行评估。结果:干预前试验组和对照组护士压力源、职业倦怠、人格特征、应对方式、生理心理症状得分及NBS总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后试验组压力源、职业倦怠、人格特征、应对方式、生理心理症状得分及NBS总分均较对照组显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:ICU护士职业怠倦中实施情绪疗法干预效果理想,能够改善护士心理状况,缓解职业倦怠。
Objective:To discuss curative effect of rational-emotive therapy on ICU nursesˊjob burn-out. Methods:The subjects involved in this research were 40 ICU nurses selected by random sam-pling,who were divided into experimental group and control group. The conventional nursing interven-tion was adopted in control group while the rational-emotive therapy intervention was adopted in experi-mental group. NBS was used to evaluate two groups of nurses before and after intervention. Result:The data analysis showed that before the intervention,the differences of nursesˊscores of pressure source,job burnout,personality characteristics,coping styles,physiological and psychological symp-tom and total scores of NBS between two groups were not statistically significant( P﹥0 . 05 ). Howev-er,after the intervention,compared with control group,experimental groupˊs scores of pressure source, job burnout,personality characteristics,coping styles,physiological and psychological symptom and total scores of NBS decreased significantly( P﹤0 . 01 ). Conclusion:The rational-emotive therapy in-tervention is an ideal intervention method in nursesˊjob burnout,which can improve nursesˊpsychologi-cal status and relieve their job burnout.
