Data Curation Platforms in American University: Research and Reference

文章剖析了约翰·霍普金斯大学Data Conservancy、哈佛大学Dataverse Network、康奈尔大学Data Staging Repository的平台特征、功能及局限性。结果表明:基于国内数据监护平台现状,国内平台需从平台功能、政策支持、数据标准、教育培训与合作交流等方面借鉴美国数据监护平台的构建经验。

This paper analyzes the features, functions and limitations among Johns Hopkins University DC, Harvard University DVN, and Cornell University Data Sta R platform. Based on the problem of domestic data curation platform,the paper provides the advice for constructing domestic data curation platform by comparing platform function, policy support, data standard, education training and cooperation of the three data curation platforms in US.
