摘要
采用开环式聚降冰片烯(NSX),分别制备了聚降冰片烯-丁腈橡胶(NBR)混合物和聚降冰片烯-松焦油-丁腈橡胶混合物,通过动态力学测试手段重点分析了聚降冰片烯对丁腈橡胶和松焦油-丁腈橡胶共混物的动态阻尼力学特性的影响。研究发现,在特定频率(1.5Hz)和一定温度范围之内(-20-50℃),聚降冰片烯会使NBR的阻尼性能得到大幅提升,随着聚降冰片烯掺入量的持续增加,阻尼性能随之减小,呈抛物线型增减趋势;松焦油的添加限制了聚降冰片烯对丁腈橡胶的改性功能。所有工况下的Tg值都得到了向高温移动的效果,扩大了材料在建筑结构的应用空间,某些工况会提高共混物的损耗因子峰值,但效果有限。对此次试验的丁腈橡胶来讲,m(NBR)/m(NSX)(70/30)为最佳组分比。
Two organic hybrid systems respectively consisting of NBR-norsorex(NBR-NSX)and NBR-NSXA2 oil were prepared as new types of damping material.From DMTA measurements,their dynamic damping mechanical properties were analyzed.The results show that,the damping properties increase with the mixed of appropriate norsorex at special frequency of 1.5Hz and in certain temperature range(-20~50 ℃).But as the amount of norsorex continues to increase,the damping properties decrease.As showed the tendency of parabola fluctuation,A2 oil limits the modification functions of norsorex.The Tgof all the conditions moves to higher temperature,which expands the application range in structural engineering.After comprehensive consideration,m(NBR)/m(NSX)(70/30)is the best composition.
