城市公共图书馆服务农民工群体的现实路径

Realistic Paths of Urban Public Library Service for Migrant Workers

农民工因其生活的低层性和工作的边缘性已经成为目前中国社会发展进程中的一个重要群体。这一群体数量巨大,其素质的提高不但关系到社会的稳定与和谐,也与社会整体的进步息息相关。因此,最大限度地将社会资源服务于农民工群体,已经成为广泛的共识。文章首先对中国城市公共图书馆在为农民工这一弱势群体服务中存在的问题进行了分析,讨论了城市公共图书馆为农民工服务的制约因素,给出了利用城市公共图书馆服务农民工群体的路径选择。

Migrant workers have become an important group in the process of China＇ s social development at present because of their lower life and marginal work. Due to the huge population, the quality enhancement of this group is not only related to the social stability and harmony, but also closely related to the overall progress of society. Therefore, max- imizing the social resource to serve migrant workers has become a broad consensus. This article first analyzed the existing problems in China＇ s urban public library service for the vulnerable group of migrant workers, and then discussed the restricting factors, and finally gave the realistic paths for using urban public library to service migrant workers.
