通过分析目前中国数字参考咨询服务的现状和不足,阐述了云计算运用于数字参考咨询服务的优势,并对支持多种接入方式的数字参考咨询模式、以用户体验为中心的数字参考咨询服务模式、个性化参考咨询服务模式的构建进行介绍。

Through analyzing the current situation and problems of China＇ s digital reference service, the essay elaborated the advantages of applying cloud computing in digital reference service, and introduced the construction of some new digital reference service modes, such as multiple accesses supporting mode, user-oriented mode and personalized mode.
