基于RFID技术的高校图书馆管理及服务模式探讨——以山东农业大学图书馆为例

The Management and Service mode of University Library Based on RFID Technology——Taking the Library of Shandong Agricultural University as Example

探讨了RFID技术应用给图书馆带来的变化,包括馆舍的改造、资源的整合、机构的调整等,以及RFID技术带来的管理及服务模式的转变,如学习环境、借阅方式、借阅时间、馆员服务角色的转变等。文章同时对在新的技术支撑下如何做好读者的服务工作也进行了讨论,并提出了自己的见解。

The changes of university library brought by RFID application were discussed in this paper, such as building recon- struction, resource integration, institution reform etc. The changes of management and service mode were also ana- lyzed, such as learning environment, borrowing and returning mode, borrowing and returning time and the changes of librarians＇ role in service. The problem about how to improve the service of university library was also involved and some methods were put forward.
