构建服务型高校图书馆对策探讨——以四川师范大学图书馆为例

Study on the Countermeasures of Establishing Service-oriented University Library——Taking Library of Sichuan Normal University as an Example

针对高校图书馆文献资料多、信息化程度较低、人员素质参差不齐、用户需求丰富等特点,借鉴欧美国家高校图书馆经验,本文提出了构建服务型高校图书馆的思路,探讨了在现有条件下高校图书馆在馆藏资源、信息化建设、人员素质、文化氛围等方面构建服务型图书馆的对策。

Aiming to the massive information resource, lower informatization, uneven librarian quality and diverse needs in u- niversity library, and referring to the successful experience in Europe＇ s and America＇ s university libraries, the idea to establish service-oriented university library was proposed in this paper, and corresponding countermeasures covering collection resource, information construction, personnel quality and cultural atmosphere were discussed under the existing conditions
