摘要 在铜表面电沉积Ni-Co-Fe合金镀层。通过对塔菲尔曲线、电化学阻抗谱及粗糙度的测试,研究了镀液温度、电流密度和镀液pH值对镀层耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:在镀液温度55℃,电流密度4.0A/dm2,镀液pH值4.0的条件下,所得镀层表面光滑,耐蚀性较好。 Ni-Co-Fe alloy coatings were electrodeposited on copper surface, and the influences of temperature, current density and pH value on its corrosion resistance were studied combined with Tafel curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and surface roughness measurement. Results showed that, under the conditions of temperature 55 ℃, current density 4.0 A/dm2 and pH value 4.0, the alloy coating obtained has smooth surface and better corrosion resistance.
